Zusammenfassung

Von den zahlreichen hämatologischen Erkrankungen werden in diesem Kapitel die behandelt, die dem Anästhesisten in der täglichen Praxis am häufigsten begegnen. Dies sind in erster Linie Anämien unterschiedlichster Genese, Polyzythämien und die Methämoglobinämie. Aufgrund der hämatologischen Störung weisen die betroffenen Patienten Komorbiditäten und/oder spezielle Risiken auf, die beim perioperativen Management beachtet werden müssen.
