Summary

This article attempts to find out whether the old saying „eyes don’t lie“ is true or not by applying the eye-accessing pattern theory of NLP. The findings provide some useful information for daily work with clients and everyday communication with people. Better rapport can be developed by observing more nonverbal signals.
