Zusammenfassung
Im Lichte steigender Flexibilisierungs- und Partizipationsanforderungen greift die Mitarbeiterkommunikation zunehmend auf Ansätze zurück, die auf dialogischem und polyphonem Denken beruhen. In diesem Beitrag skizzieren wird die jeweiligen Ursprünge dieses Denkens, dessen Rezeption in der Unternehmenskommunikationsforschung sowie ausgewählte praktische Anwendungs- und Spannungsfelder. Im Fazit leiten wir Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
