Zusammenfassung

Die Hämorrhoidalerkrankung ist die am häufigsten beobachtete pathologische Veränderung des Anus; 50–90% aller Menschen leiden wenigstens einmal in ihrem Leben unter Hämorrhoiden, 50% aller Patien ten, die eine proktologisch ausgerichtete Klinik aufsuchen, zeigen mehr oder weniger ausgeprägte Symptome von Hämorrhoiden. Seit dem Altertum ist diese Erkrankung bekannt und behandelt worden [34, 78, 82].
