Zusammenfassung

Verletzungen von Anus und Rektum können durch verschluckte Fremdkörper und in das Rektum einge führte Objekte verursacht sein. Läsionen infolge von verschluckten Fremdkörpern sind nicht häufig [3], während die durch ins Rektum eingeführte Fremdkörper immer häufiger vorkommen [2]. Gelegentlich wurde eine Migration vom Peritoneum her berichtet.
