Die Colitis ulcerosa ist eine meist chronisch verlau fende entzündliche Erkrankung des Kolons weitge hend unbekannter Ätiologie [48, 60], deren Erstbe schreibung 1859 durch Sir Samuel Wilkes in London erfolgte [19].
