Zusammenfassung
Die pharmakologische Gruppe der Neuroleptika umfaßt eine Reihe von che-misch differenten Substanzen, deren gemeinsames Merkmal die antipsychotische Wirksamkeit ist. Nach der Strukturchemie können die Neuroleptika in die 6 fol-genden Gruppen aufgegliedert werden (s. a. Übersicht 1):
