Melzack (1984); gute deutschsprachige Zusammenfassungen neuerer Ergebnisse und Ansätze finden sich bei Larbig (1982), Keeser et al. (1982), Birbaumer (1986), Zimmermann u. Handwerker (1984) und Miltner u. Larbig (1988).
