Zusammenfassung

Die klinische Beurteilung eines Krankheitsbildes und seiner Modifikation unter einer therapeutischen Intervention ist ein synthetischer Akt, der eine Vielzahl von Beobachtungsebenen einbezieht. Formal entsprechen ihm am ehesten Instrumente wie das globale Arzturteil (CGI, National Institute of Mental Health 1981).
