Zusammenfassung

Das Operationsrisiko ist bei Patienten mit koronarer Herzkrankheit deutlich erhöht. Diese erhöhte kardiale Morbidität und Mortalität ist vor allem durch perioperativen Myokardinfarkt, akute Herzinsuffizienz, maligne Arrhythmien und plötzlichen Herztod bedingt. Für alle diese Komplikationen ist die Myokardischämie verantwortlich [5].
