Neue Konzepte der Diagnostik und Therapie des Mammakarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Die Unsicherheit in der Behandlung des Mammakarzinoms wird besonders bei den noch nichtinvasiven Karzinomen der Brust und den sog. Präneoplasien des Mammakarzinoms eklatant. Es erscheint heute noch nicht möglich, für diese Gewebsveränderungen einheitliche und verbindliche Therapierichtlinien zu geben. An den Anfang ist daher der Satz von P. P. Rosen zu stellen: „The more we learn about this disease, the less certain it appears at present, that any single recommandation for therapy is appropriate for all patients. To advocate one to the total exclusion of the other is in our opinion no longer a tenable position“ [20].
