Zusammenfassung

Obwohl es neuere Klassifikationen der verschiedenen Hochdruckformen in der Schwangerschaft gibt, sprechen gute Gründe dafür, die etwas ältere Klassifikation des American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists aus dem Jahre 1972 [4] beizubehalten. In Anlehnung an diese Klassifikation können differenziert werden:

  • schwangerschaftsspezifische Hochdruckformen

    • koronare Durchflußmuster,

    • transitorische Schwangeirschaftshypertonie;

    • Präeklampsie bzw. Gestose genuine Gestose, Pfropfgestose;

  • schwangerschaftsunspezifische Hochdruckformen

    • primäre, sog. essentielle Hypertonic;

    • renoparenchymatose Hypertonic;

    • andere chronische Hochdruckformen.
