Pharmakologische Streßechokardiographie mit Dobutamin, Dipyridamol und Arbutamin: Praktische Durchführung

Zusammenfassung

Die Anmeldung erfolgt mit einem speziell für die Dobutamin-Echokardiographie entworfenen Untersuchungsprotokoll (Abb. 10.1), das von den betreuenden Stationsärzten ausgefüllt wird. Die stichwortartige Zusammenfassung der Anamnese, der aktuellen Beschwerden und Indikationsstellung sowie der Ergebnisse der vorausgegangenen kardiologischen Untersuchungen (z.B. Ergometrie, Myokardszintigraphie, Koronarangiographie etc.) in dem ersten Teil des Untersuchungsprotokolls erweist sich unserer Erfahrung nach für den Untersucher als sehr hilfreich, damit er sich während der Untersuchung besonders auf spezielle Fragestellungen konzentrieren, aber auch frühzeitig auf mögliche Komplikationen achten kann. Sie ermöglicht außerdem, das Ergebnis der Untersuchung in den gesamten klinischen Rahmen zu stellen und damit weitere Entscheidungen für diagnostische bzw. therapeutische Maßnahmen individuell zu treffen.
