Zusammenfassung

Jede fünfte Krankmeldung, ein Drittel aller Anträge auf vorzeitige Berentung oder Pensionierung und jede zweite Kur wird mit Funktionsstörungen des Bewegungsapparates begründet. Bei einigen Patienten werden diffuse Symptome der gesamten Wirbelsäule angegeben, die Mehrzahl klagt über Schmerzen in einem lokalisier-baren Bereich.
