Zusammenfassung

Bei der Analfissur handelt es sich dabei um einen Riss des Anoderms distal der Linea dentata. Eine Analfissur kann akut oder chronisch auftreten. Akute Läsionen verheilen unter konservativer Therapie meist binnen sechs Wochen, chronische Läsionen sprechen auf konservative Maßnahmen dagegen kaum an und müssen meist operiert werden.
