Abstract
After a period of rapid growth, China’s occupational education is gradually entering the era of structural and qualitative enhancement. How to improve the professional training by referencing and developing advanced educational strategy has become the focus of Chinese scholars. The practical experience reveals that the collaboration between college and business is an effective approach. Germany, standing out from all countries over the world with its Dual-Sector Model, illustrates the theory and methodology of a successful education. Benchmark of the Dual-Sector Model will provide us references and recommendations. The methodology will help us to improve the overall standard of China’s occupational education and provide qualified candidates to employers.
