Abstract
To strengthen the ideological and political education students are disadvantaged social reform and development requirements, the fundamental goal of education is to achieve the requirements, but also the healthy development of students’ requirements. Therefore, to strengthen and improve ideological and political work of vulnerable groups is imperative. A fundamental solution to students vulnerable populations, must "award, loan, assistance, fill, cut" to start, establish and improve the poor students of the subsidy system; through sound counseling agencies, strengthen the weak on psychological guidance; people-oriented strengthen the humane care of vulnerable students; stimulate internal psychological dynamics, to help disadvantaged students build self-awareness.
