Abstract

With the continual promotion of quality education and under the guidance of “health first”, as a teaching ideology, sunshine sports gain further development. Accordingly, a correct and comprehensive understanding of the cultural connotation of sunshine sports plays an important guiding role in perfecting the education training process and improving the education quality.
