Abstract
The farmer Specialty Co-operative’s movement mechanism may reflect its essential feature and the development request to a certain extent. In this article, the patronage amount which a member use the cooperative’s service is acted as a variable amount. It is held together by members’ profit target (i.e. benefit function) and services given by the cooperative to structural analysis model. Through the analysis of the model, you can effectively reveal the actual structure of the organization cohesive force.
