Abstract
To verify the effectiveness of the temperature control system of the rich-oxygen and pure-oxygen ceramic kiln, an experimental research is proposed in this paper. Taking the kiln temperature as the control object, this research includes building an experimental physical model of the kiln, explaining the working principle of the temperature control system and designing its hardware and software. The result of the experiment shows that this temperature control system can make the kiln temperature follow the set value quickly and accurately. Therefore, this research lays a certain foundation for the widely application of this kind of temperature control system in the similar ceramic kiln.
