Abstract
This paper presents the working conditions of vehicle systems and the requirements of automation system. The multi-channel LED drive system proposed is comprised of two main modules, the switch current supply module and the intelligent control module. The former part implement filtering and re-amplifying and support four-channel controllable current independent source while the later one supports USB interface to connect and realize channel current size and stability of LED drive. Finally, the establishment of a test system show that the development of hardware and software communication module which are based on CAN bus have notable effects.
