Abstract
The chapter is devoted to the methods of providing controllability. Some conditions are discussed, such as observability, identifiability, stability, and invariance. Attention is paid to the methods of sample statistics under the assumption of observation of random variables, random processes and random fields, as well as sample parameters for different values of correlation windows. The recommendations are given for construction of sample and recursive estimates, used for different random objects, as well as for different criteria of their optimality.
