Zusammenfassung

Die Erstuntersuchung von Patienten mit akutem Schlaganfall sollte sich auf folgende Bereiche konzentrieren:

  • Vitalfunktionen,

  • neurologische Symptome, Schwere der neurologischen Funktionsstörungen auf der Basis validierter Schlaganfallskalen,

  • Erhebung des Zeitpunkt des Symptombeginns, potenzielle Eignung für spezifi sche Behandlungen,

  • laborchemische Parameter wie Elektrolyte, Blutzucker, Blutbild und Gerinnungsparameter.
