Abstract
Let us summarise our discussion. The modern laser technique having advanced into the femtosecond range of generated optical pulse durations, practically solved the problem of exitation and recording of nonquilibrium states in condensed media and has reached the natural limit of the rate of optical response of such media, determined by one optical field cycle duration.
