Abstract
How many Outlaw Motorcycle Clubs are there and how many can be classified as criminal organizations? We examine this question from several viewpoints in an attempt to provide an answer. Using the HAMC as an example, we provide what is known as the Hells Angels Model of Structure and Organization to demonstrate the development and perpetuation of an organized crime entity.
