Abstract

Atypical manifestations of activated phosphoinositide 3-kinase δ syndrome type 2 (APDS2) can include warts, mild infections, and selective IgA deficiency

APDS2 must be differentiated from other primary immunodeficiency disroders with lymphoproliferation, infections and hypogammaglobulinemia.

Rapamycin is the most specific, pathology directed treatment for APDS type 2
