Abstract
Dealing with ethical and social issues it seems reasonable to introduce more in general the concept of “well-being”. Furthermore nowadays we cannot avoid considering the relation between well-being and information communication technologies. Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) as enablers of e-Services have the capacity to allow processes of urban transformation, by helping cities become “smarter” and more “sustainable”. To what degree do smart cities contribute to the well-being of citizens?
