Group Analysis with Schizophrenics

Abstract

The present paper deals with specific psychodynamic problems arising during group analysis with schizophrenics in heterogeneous groups, that means analytic groups composed of schizophrenics, neurotics and patients with borderline personality disorders. More general questions about treatment of schizophrenics in analytical groups are only mentioned marginally (literature to that: (1), (2), (3), (7), (8), (13), (15), (19), as well as the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages of treatment of schizophrenics in homogeneous and heterogeneous groups.
