Abstract

High resolution 1H-NMR spectroscopy has obtained a firm position among the techniques available for structural studies of bio-molecules. The instrumentation has enormously been improved during the last decade. New methods have been developed to optimize the information which can be deduced from the spectral–5. 1H-NMR spectroscopy has provided valuable data on the structure, conformation and inter- and intra-molecular interactions of various types of bio-molecules.
