Abstract
Peter coordinates the University’s continuing education program — now named UNICO — in business studies. When he was appointed to that position three years ago, the program was looking very tired. The University had been a pioneer in a number of business studies programs, but, in recent years, the market had become super-saturated with providers. This had eroded the student numbers and quality in the program for which he was now responsible.
