Abstract

The case studies we have shared so far have focused on very large organizations that made a choice to use Vested principles from the start of their business relationships. When Procter & Gamble and Microsoft decided to outsource, they made the choice to build Vested relationships from the beginning. The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) and the Department of Energy researched options and took the road less traveled when they deployed a Vested approach. Ray Kroc made a conscious decision to establish Vested thinking with his suppliers when he founded McDonald’s over 50 years ago.
