Abstract
A 34-year-old patient with a long history of RUQ pain presented with jaundice and fever. US showed dilated intrahepatic ducts and CBD (12 mm), but the cause of the biliary dilation was not shown. An MRCP was performed – Image 1, coronal T2; Image 2, coronal MIP; and Image 3, axial T2.
