Abstract
Half the total modeling and simulation expenses are the labor costs involved in obtaining, fixing, creating, and archiving models. Engineers and others need to understand the sources and strategies for obtaining IBIS models in sufficient quality and quantity to meet their needs. They also need to know how to create and validate IBIS models when none are readily available.
