Using IBIS Models in What-If Simulations

What happens when we change model parameters? What can we learn from virtual experiments?

Abstract

To understand how a model behaves in a design, engineers should experiment with the model and observe the simulation results. This chapter describes seven virtual experiments in which parameter values are changed and the effects of the changes are simulated. The simulated results are compared to circuit theory to ensure that they are consistent.
