Abstract

We present the results of a computer simulation of the statistical properties of light at the output of a lossless degenerated parametric optical amplifier DPOA. If the fundamental mode input is a coherent Glauber field and the harmonic mode input is a monochromatic filtered thermal field, then the harmonic mode output can be a squeezed state. The possibilities of intensive computer simulation in quantum optics are pointed out
