Nanomaterials and Applications in Central and Eastern Europe

The special issue aims to highlight the ground-breaking research from scientists actively working, or originally from, the central and Eastern Europe region. Given the ever-increasing presence of the central and eastern European scientists in the field of nanomaterials, we believe that a special number which collects invited contributions from influential researchers in the region is pertinent in the current social and political panorama. We aim to collect high-quality original research, communications, reviews or perspective articles devoted to the synthesis, assembly, transport, reactivity, stability, and overall general applications of nanoparticles and nanomaterials. We specially invited articles dealing with functional studies of polymeric, semiconductors, metallic or hybrid nanomaterials, and nanocomposites.
