Emissions from Electric Vehicles

The focus on the lack of tailpipe emissions from electric vehicles is a dangerous over-simplification of the situation. For all vehicles - powered with BEV or ICE or both - there are a variety of additional non-exhaust emissions (i.e. tire particles) that must be considered for environmental and health impacts. This collection of papers describes these important, alternative emissions.
