Algebraic Topology: Methods, Computations and Science (ATMCS10)

The first conference in the series "Algebraic Topology: Methods, Computations and Science" (ATMCS) took place in 2001 at Stanford University. By now the ATMCS series has settled into a rhythm of biannual meetings. It brings together a growing community of mathematicians and scientists united by their interest in topological methods used in their work, regardless whether it is theoretical, computational or concerns applications.

The Journal of Applied and Computational Topology is closely aligned with the scientific goals of the conference series, "the further development of topological techniques for use in applications and the creation of new areas of application in the subject". This special issue is a record of the tenth conference in the ATMCS series held at the Mathematical Institute in Oxford in 2022. It reflects the scientific discourse of the speakers and participants at the meeting of more than 180 mathematicians.
