The collection promotes knowledge about the resilience of coastal and estuarine ecosystems of the southern Gulf of Mexico in the face of multiple environmental pressures and global changes; focusing on coastal dynamics, contamination, use and management of natural resources, restoration, conservation of biodiversity, social vulnerability, and global and climate change.
