IMSD2022

The 6th Joint International Conference on Multibody System Dynamics (IMSD) was held in New Delhi, India during 16-20 October 2022. The IMSD biannual conference is held for the first time in India. The purpose of the conference is to serve as a meeting point for the international multibody community from both academia and industry and thus provide a forum in which the recent developments in the field of multibody systems are discussed. Out of 90 oral presentations in the conference, few researchers were invited to submit full paper manuscripts for possible publication in the Multibody System Dynamics Journal. After rigorous peer review, among the accepted papers several were selected to be part of a special issue in the journal, reflecting the novel developments in the area of multibody dynamics.
