Abstract
The inclusion of succinic acid to the ration of young foxes leads to the highest level of immune response and optimization of metabolism after vaccination against salmonellosis. The application of the preparation 5 days before and 3 days after the immunization promotes hyperimmune reaction which is undesirable for animals. The application of 5 mg/kg LW of succinic acid 5 days before vaccination against salmonellosis appeared to be optimal for foxes.
