Abstract
Over the years, the social security system is considered to be economic “shock absorber valve” and “built-in stabilizers”, which plays an important role in income redistribution. This article by searching for 2002–2012, China Statistical Yearbook relevant data, using descriptive statistics, cluster analysis, regression and time series analysis, statistical methods, development of China’s social security, social security and urban and rural residents’ consumption structure the impact study to obtain changes and laws of social security spending, the main constraints to predict trends in social security spending next five years.
