Abstract

Along with consumers’ growing demand for personalized and diversification in auto market, multispecies and small batch production has become the inevitable choice for automobile production enterprises. This paper analyzed FAW Car company production leveling model from monthly planning to vehicle off the assembly line. Constructed mixed production model of three kinds of cars and production transforms model of two welding lines supply one main welding line. The two models had been verified in this paper.
