Abstract

With the rapid development of social economy. The medical industry's competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to maximize the efficiency of using existing resources, reduce operating costs and improve the service quality has become the important content of hospital management. The Six Sigma theory based on statistics theory by eliminating errors, reducing waste, and optimizing constantly of existing processes to satisfy customer's changing needs. In this paper, using the Six Sigma theory's DMAIC model, combining with the secondary hospitals displayed treatment rate low, put forward improvement assumption of hospital management, the purpose is that through a series of improvements, improving the services efficiency of hospitals, and achieving the goal of increasing the hospitals benefit.
