Abstract

Facing the serious situation, in order to cope with the future challenge, scholars put forward many new development concepts, management modes and advanced manufacturing technologies. The common point is the rapid response to market demand has become the core of competition in the market. This paper summarized the method of modules construction, analyzed of the modules construction strategy based on product lifecycle management (PLM), and explained with example of table lamp.
