Research on Cost Management of Real Estate Project Construction Phase Based on Value Engineering: The Observatory World Project of China State Construction Property Company as an Example

Abstract

Combined with the cost management present situation of construction stage of the observatory world project, the cost management method and factors affecting cost of construction stage were analyzed by using the value engineering theory and methods to search for the optimal scheme of project construction stage, improve the cost management level of construction stage, and ensure the ascension of project function and value.
