Abstract

In the service-oriented manufacturing model, customer participation proposes higher requirements on the relationship between supply chain entities, and also provides more communication opportunities. The supply chain entities will have more opportunities and challenges to be considered as a whole, therefore, how to use the opportunities and advantages to enhance competitiveness is an important aspect to be considered. By putting forward repeated double auction theory and initiative knowledge spillovers, this paper points out that the process of cooperation game between supply chain entities should pay more attention to the long-term interests, and make full advantages of initiative knowledge spillovers which can promote trust and create new cooperation opportunities, so as to adopt some certain strategies to consolidate the supply chain partnership.
