Abstract
Seeing that the influence quality factors in operation process of supply chain are complex, multi-level, interconnection and interaction, which possess uncertainty and fuzziness obviously, product quality building process in supply chain is deeply analyzed, and evaluation system model of product quality oriented lifecycle in supply chain is established. On the basis, G1 is applied to determine weights of product quality indexes, which could solve the problem that it is not necessary to reorder the quality indexes in the case of their changes (increase or decrease); and intrinsic fuzziness of expert judgment is considered, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) is applied to establish mathematical evaluation model of product quality oriented lifecycle in supply chain. Finally, the product of some Enterprise (lubricant station F335) is introduced as an example to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method.
