Abstract

RTO-client interaction is an organizational process where knowledge-generation and delivery of the research results is a part of the dynamic partnership between the two. An organization’s growth depends upon its ability to generate knowledge from information — more so, in the case of an RTO, whose main function is to generate and market knowledge.
