Abstract

This interview takes place in Sils Maria in the Engadin section of the Graubünden canton, Switzerland and on a walk to and back from Lake Silvaplana. The date is 6 August 1888, Transfiguration Day on the Catholic calendar. This was to be the last summer Nietzsche spent in Sils.
